In Losing Campaign, PvE Resto capability creates were quite easy: take just about everything in the Resto shrub. There are 68 possible capability factors in Resto. With 61 factors to invest, you'd think you'd have some choice, but not so. Nine of those factors are found in Furor, Natural Shape-shifter, and Omen of Quality, which have almost no importance to treatment. So you could take 59 factors in Resto, have all the healing-related abilities, and have two factors remaining over to invest wherever. Natural Shape-shifter was the frequent best bet, in situation you had to shift out of shrub type to throw a Healing Contact.

Sometimes we would take 11 factors in Stability to get Pest Travel, to help minimize inbound container damage. But the other 10 factors in Stability had zero importance to treatment, so really a 61-point resto create was the only deserving choice.

That's going to improve in Anger of the Lich Expert. Above all, it is the standard math. You have 71 factors to invest, with 78 factors in the shrub. Just like BC, except there are a few more alternatives now. The new capability Expert Shape-shifter has advantages for healing: with two factors, it contributes 4% to your treatment energy in Tree type. Not cheap, but you'll have to get 3 factors into Natural Shape-shifter as a necessity. We think that most genuine PvE creates will miss this, but it's at least viable; 4% additional treatment isn't too awful for 5 capability factors.

Genesis contributes up to 5% to your regular abilities - in other terms of WOW Gold, your HoTs. A 9% loss of the mana price of several information, such as Healing Contact, Restorative, and Re-growth. That's a affordable mana reduce.
