Last season, the most famous website source among participants was MMO-Champion with 69% viewers, followed carefully by the gold Assigned pillar. Other miscellaneous gold weblogs garnered 16% viewers while Just My Two Birdwatcher (13%) and The Range (11%) rounded out the record.

Drekker noticed though that despite courting the least variety of readers among the participants, The Range attracted the wealthiest players, which he attributed to the advanced subjects in gold-making discussed on the website.

“As the potential viewers of a source styles towards the more casual warcraft players the normal useful said viewers declines. The Range, WOW Gold where content is more targeted around conversation of advanced subjects and not just a one way flow of information had the biggest average, 294% above the typical example average,” he said in his 2011 results review.

Has anything changed over the last season, which saw the ultimate stages of the Cataclysm growth and launch of Mists of Pandaria? We should know in the next few several weeks when the results of the 2012 survey will probably come out, as the past one took a little more than per several weeks time to collect responses and evaluate the gathered information.
